Another attempt by a terrorist state to fight against civility has led to temporary blackouts of electricity, heat, and water in some of our regions and cities.

The most difficult thing is Kharkiv, Zhytomyr region. It is not easy in Odesa, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, in Kyiv, and in Zaporizhzhia. Repair crews, power engineers, local authorities, and central authorities will all work as long as necessary to restore energy supply to cities and districts where there are problems now. I thank everyone who is working on this.

We have already shown what Ukraine is capable of. And no matter how much Russia makes meanness, our state and people will still not be in chains. Neither missiles nor Russia’s atrocities will help with this.

I want to thank all the soldiers of our Air Force today. And especially – the 138th Dnipro, 160th Odesa, and 208th Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigades, which distinguished themselves in defending against this Russian raid. Thank you, warriors!
Thank you to everyone in the world who realizes how important it is to give full protection to the Ukrainian sky, and to everyone who is ready to help us in guaranteeing a normal life for people.

Glory to all who are now in the battle for Ukraine! Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Kupyansk, Lyman and the whole Donbas! Our Zaporozhye, Nikopol, Kherson region! Glory to all those who defend our Sumy, our Chernihiv region, our Kharkiv region, all our cities and communities, and our border! Glory to every Ukrainian soldier whose courage is the life of Ukraine! Eternal and bright memory to all those who were taken from us by this war and Russia! There is no choice but to win.
Glory to Ukraine!
